Within each system, the profile series fixes the frame width, the glass build-up and the performance you can specify. *All-aluminium* ### All-aluminium partition systems Extruded 6063-T5 aluminium frames for open offices, meeting rooms and reception areas, where sightlines matter more than structural reinforcement. - M-25 - 25 mm series - M-40 - 40 mm series - M-60 - 60 mm series - M-V84 - 83 mm single-glazed and 84 mm double-glazed *Steel core* ### Steel-core aluminium-clad systems Aluminium-finished profiles built around a galvanised steel core, for partitions that run tall and have to stay true. - M-V83 - 83 mm, galvanised steel frame with rock wool infill - M-100 - 100 mm, 5+5 mm toughened glass with a 12 mm air gap *Fire rated* ### All-steel fire-rated systems Roll-formed steel profiles with fire-rated glass and graphite intumescent strips, for fire compartments and escape routes. - M-116 - Class A (insulating) - MJ-95 - Class C (non-insulating), 9+9 mm fire-rated glass Nine series in total - the M-V84 single-glazed and double-glazed versions are counted separately. Profiles, glass, integrated blinds and hardware are supplied as a complete package, or as profiles only when you cut and assemble locally. ## Quality control on our own line Because the profiles are made in-house, quality is checked at each stage rather than accepted on delivery from someone else. - **Electrostatic powder coating** - Coating thickness is controlled at 60-80 um. Adhesion is tested to GB/T 9286, and the profile material is GB6063 aluminium-magnesium-silicon alloy. - **Incoming materials** - Aluminium, glass, blinds and hardware are inspected against specification before they enter production. - **In-process and final inspection** - Profiles are inspected while they are being produced, and finished assemblies are fully checked before packing. - **Traceability** - Inspection records are kept, so a batch supplied to a project can be traced back to its production and coating records. - **Published test data** - The partition assembly and the profiles themselves have been tested by an independent Chinese testing body. Measured values and report numbers are published on the [certificates page](https://en.mijiaeg.com/certificates.html). ## Site work and installation On projects in China, our own installation team carries out the measuring, installation and finishing. We do not subcontract installation, so the people on site are the people who know how the assembly was produced - useful when a frame has to meet an existing ceiling, a structural beam or an uneven slab. That arrangement applies to China projects. For overseas work we supply the system as a package - profiles, glass, integrated blinds, gaskets and hardware - for your own installers to fit, with the sections, glass build-ups and finishes confirmed before production starts. ## How we can work with you ### Quotation against drawings Send elevations, a schedule of areas or a take-off list.
